Sometimes it is very important HOW we eat more than what we eat.  Pull out your
beautiful china, carafe's for your water, candles, cloth napkins, and tablecloths.  Even if
you are the only one eating, set yourself a place at the table.  No more slouching over a
paper plate on your couch in front of the television. Use your best dishes.  Put on easy
listening music.  Eat your food slowly and enjoy the beauty around you.  
YOU ARE WORTH IT.
Find a beautiful pitcher or glass
caraffe to keep your drinking
water in. Fill with lemon, orange
and/or lime slices.  It will help!
Tea or coffee tastes
much better in a
beautiful teacup.
Set an atmosphere for yourself while
you savor that hot tea or your healthy
snack you're allowed today!  Savor it.  
Make the moment count!

to register that you are full, you have taken control of your food.  No longer do you
stuff your face like an out of control 2 year old.  We LBD ladies are elegant and refined!
Scour yard (tag, garage) sales for beautiful
plates, stemware, flatware, silverware, and
glassware, cups or mugs. The Dollar Stores
sometimes have beautiful place settings.  
Find something special to you and then
begin to enjoy your mealtime, slowly!

Doesn't hold much but it is
whimsical and makes you smile
when you drink out of it!  That
counts for a lot!
